COMPACT-PROJECT.PL SP. Z O.O. was established in 1989 as a limited liability company, on the initiative of Jerzy Pakuła, PhD. Eng. The first years of activity were spent on preparing comprehensive documentation for general and industrial construction projects.
Since 2011, the Company's activities have been focused on solving design and implementation problems related to metal structures and technical infrastructure of the telecommunications industry, which resulted in 2012 in the development of our own original structures in the form of lattice towers: CP-U, CP-R and CP-T1 and CP-T2 series for one of the largest mobile operators in the world.
In June 2011, Jacek Szafran D.Sc. Eng. started to be and still is the main designer and proprietor of the company. From then on, the company focused on solving design and construction problems related to metal structures and telecommunications facilities, which resulted in the creation of the company’s original structures in the form of lattice towers in 2012: series CP-U, CP-R and CP-T1 and CP-T2 for one of the largest mobile operators in the world.
You can see film about our own structures - lattice towers - series on our YOUTUBE channel:
In 2015, COMPACT-PROJECT.PL SP. Z O.O., under the leadership of the author and research manager, Jacek Szafran D.Sc. Eng., carried out a series of experimental research involving the controlled destruction of lattice tower structures. Testing such facilities in their natural size (in this case 40-42 m) is a unique process not only in Europe but also worldwide. The outcome obtained is used on a daily basis in designing and optimizing structures, which allows for significant financial savings in the modification of existing structures.
COMPACT-PROJECT.PL SP. Z O.O., in the period of its activity, has implemented a total of more than 500 structure modernization projects, more than 100 reinforcement projects allowing for safe use of the existing facilities, as well as more than 1 000 technical reports and expert opinions on the load-bearing capacity of the existing facilities included in the technical infrastructure of mobile base stations.
COMPACT-PROJECT.PL SP. Z O.O. has also nearly 30 years of experience in the construction of facilities forming the infrastructure of mobile operators and data transmission providers. The company has built over 120 mobile stations.
Construction appraiser - founder and for many years the chief designer in the company. A retired university lecturer, during his term of office, hundreds of civil engineers were awarded a degree. Currently, with his more than 40 years of experience, he supports the team in solving complex design and implementation issues.
Chief designer, site manager, current proprietor of the Company. He efficiently combines business with science, using his knowledge from its own scientific experiments (often on an actual scale basis) in designing and constructing buildings. He is the author of tower series, which he optimizes thanks to his broad experience as a designer and scientist.
Designer - a person with more experience in the construction team. She personally supervises all construction plans and specifications that are carried out in the office. Her construction solutions can meet the most sophisticated requirements of investors.
Construction site engineer, technical advisor - has extensive experience not only in construction but in designing as well. He coordinates the work of assembly teams, efficiently solves problems arising on the site. He is constantly broadening his knowledge attending PhD studies. The area of his scientific work is the application of spray insulation in the construction industry (PUR, PIR, Polyurea).
Project Manager - a person responsible for conducting an administrative and investment project process. An experienced designer, who uses his knowledge to manage the process of preparation of telecommunications facilities, from initial sketches to the process of obtaining a use permit.
Designer - specializes in static and strength calculations. She uses her mathematical skills to assess the load-bearing capacity of the existing and designed telecommunications facilities and plans their reconstruction. While attending the third cycle studies, she carries out research on actual scale tower structures, performs a dynamic analysis and reliability assessment.
Designer's Assistant - assists Aneta in the implementation of construction plans and specifications. Thanks to her diligence and meticulousness, the studies prepared by our company meet the highest standards. She is responsible for quality control of the projects carried out.
Designer's Assistant - directly supports Mr. Jacek Szafran in the most demanding projects. He is appreciated for his ingenuity, author of many unusual design solutions.
In the design process we not only use the engineering expertise available, computational programmes and standards and regulations, but also focus on experimental research and cooperation with science in its broad sense. In our offer we have our own structures – lattice towers - series: CP-U, CP-R and CP-T1 and CP-T2, which were developed on the basis of the outcome of load capacity tests of actual scale telecommunications towers. The engineers employed with the Company focus on scientific development, thanks to which we can solve design problems using scientific and research theories.
An indispensable part of technological and equipment modernization is also the reconstruction of the existing technical infrastructure to adapt it to the current requirements. The experimental research outcome used in computational analysis allows for a more accurate approach to designing, which generates financial benefits for the Investor.
By using the outcome of experimental research, the structure can be analysed for its weakest elements and the impact of additional loads caused by equipment upgrading.
